One of the best conferences about the Navy is coming to the San Diego Convention Center 13-15 February 2019. This annual conference is called “WEST 2019”, and is sponsored by the U. S. Naval Institute (USNI) and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA).
Registration is rather expensive if you eat at all the banquets, but admission is free if you want to go through the Exhibit Hall and listen to the many lectures and panel sessions given there.
The speakers of the past have included Secretaries and Under-Secretaries of the Services, and many Admirals and Generals.
