From the Chaplain

There will be a service entitled “Bells Across America” at the Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach on September 26 at 9:00 AM.  It will be a service in memory of Navy personnel who died in service to our nation.  The sacrifices of Gold Star mothers and families left behind will be noted as a bell is tolled in remembrance.  Contact the base at 562-626-7734 if you need a pass to get on the base.  Ask for CPO Michael V. Pesicka who is in charge of the program.  The service will be on the lawn in front of Building 204–just inside the main gate.  RSVP by September 12.  If you have questions about “Bells Across America”, you can call Chaplain Thompson at 562 430 8438 or cell 562 708 3515.
